Admiral Weaver Inn (AWI) has six newly remodeled rooms featuring wicker, brass and Shaker styled furnishings and a designer's touch of hand stenciling. All rooms are double occupancy and have a TV w/VCR, air conditioning, refrigerator and a private bath. Four of the rooms have a balcony; one other room has a hydro massage bathroom and fireplace.

Season Pricing Specifications
	Special Rate: December 21 - December 31, Newport Jazz Festival, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day.
	High Season: March 15th - October 15th
	Low Season: October 16th - March 14th

Prices
	Included: Linen, daily room cleaning, electricity.
	Not Included: Newport sales tax (13%) and any tips.

Full gourmet breakfasts are complimentary and are served from 8:30-10:00 a.m.

Inn Policies
	Minimum stay is two nights during high & low season, three nights during specials.
	Animals are not permitted.
	Smoking permitted on the outside balcony only, NO smoking indoors.
	Payment is by cash or money order upon arrival
	Arrival time is from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
	Departure time is by 11:00 a.m.
	Admiral Weaver Inn is open year round
